PLEASE NOTE:
Beginning this year, to minimize the extra cost to the organization of late registrations, a tiered payment structure for our industry attendees is being implemented. Advance registration and payment prior to April 6, 2012, will be at our normal rate; however, for registration payments made after April 6, 2012, or at the conference venue, we must implement a $100 late registration fee.
Goverment & military attendees will not be subject to these late fees, however, we encourage their early registration so we may maintain our pricing structure as we move forward in the upcoming years.
As with last year, presentation materials will be made available to attendees via the ARSAG International website following the conference.

Suggested attire for the conference will be business suit (coat and tie) or service dress on the opening day, Tuesday, 17 April, and business casual during the remainder of the week including general sessions and other events. If presenting, you may prefer to wear a business suit or service dress during your presentation.
There will be a special meeting of the Steering Group and Panel Chairs on 16 Apr 2012. If you are a representative for either, please plan accordingly.

Important DOD Information
ARSAG International practices and conduct of the ARSAG 2012 conference were examined by the Office of Government Ethics. The following was their conclusion:
The Department of Defense finds this event meets the minimum regulatory standards for attendance by DoD employees. This finding does not constitute a blanket approval or endorsement for attendance. Individual DoD Component commands or organizations are responsible for approving attendance of its DoD employees based on mission requirements and DoD regulations.
