IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!
A meeting for conference presenters will be held at 1800 on Monday, 16 April in the conference ballroom. All who will be presenting at the conference should plan to attend. Please bring an electronic copy of your briefing for submission to the conference A/V coordinator at the meeting. We ask that you make every effort to submit your presentation early to ensure the conference remains on schedule and to avoid late submissions and/or changes. Please provide your presentation on either a CD or USB memory key.
Conference briefings and proceedings presented at the ARSAG International Annual Conference will be posted on the website available for download to all conference attendees. In addition, a CD containing all available conference presentation material will be available Thursday morning for pickup.
It is very important for each presenter to clear their material prior to submittal to ARSAG International. Legal issues prevent us from including presentations marked with limitation notices on the Conference CD offered to attendees. These notations include, but are not limited to:
Limited
Proprietary
Copyright
For Official Use Only
Please have your material approved by your appropriate organizational entities to remove markings such as this prior to submittal, otherwise, your presentation can not be included.
Presentation Tips: While the conference will provide state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, please remember that the group is large and some corners of the room may be distant from the screens. Format your briefing in strongly contrasting colors and large block fonts. Black on white always is most readable.
In addition to the podium microphones, floor microphones will be provided for question and answer periods. You are requested to encourage good discussion and interchange with your listeners. In order to have a good level of exchange while opening all the discussions to all the attendees, presenters may need to plan ways to encourage audience participation.
Thank you for your time and effort in preparing for and participating in ARSAG.
